Strict Academic Program
CMA's core education is its academic program, which aims to prepare students for university and offers a rigorous curriculum, including university credit courses. CMA's academic courses meet the standards of traditional boarding high schools, requiring students to take courses across 6 major academic categories and participate in officer training programs.
With a small class size approach, teachers evaluate students' academic performance every two weeks. If a student's grade in a particular course is a C or lower, the student will be required to attend extra tutoring (at no additional cost). Furthermore, students must attend 5 evening study sessions per week under the supervision of a teacher.
Teachers regularly check students' homework. If a student maintains a grade of B or better, they may choose to study independently in the library. The school library is open to students daily, and the school encourages students to make good use of library resources. Professional library staff are always available to help students and teach them how to use library resources.

Boarding Life:
The student dormitory is a 19th-century, 1000-square-meter house located on our campus, which has been recently renovated for use by boarding students. The dormitory bedrooms are large, double rooms, which are very conducive to students building deep friendships. Charleston is a very famous tourist city with a long history and a very safe community, where students can walk to nearby attractions, universities, and shops.
